And I think the best case scenario for the Russian people is if they just break up, it’s
140 million people break it up into 14. Belarus sized countries have smaller local representation, more responsive to the people
in the area. Yes, there’s going to be winners and losers. There’s going to be rich states and poor states.
But it’s we have to stop this pattern, this this repeating pattern of the concentration
of wealth and power in Moscow that always leads to millions of people dying.
And of course. Russia has been very effective at at raising those local identities.
But there are some countries and it’s not necessarily happening internally.
