These monsters were not only ten times as high as Christian, but ten times as wide and ten times as thick, so that their total weight was a thousand times his, or about eighty to ninety tons. Unfortunately the cross sections of their bones were only a hundred times those of Christian, so that every square inch of giant bone had to support ten times the weight borne by a square inch of human bone.As the human thigh-bone breaks under about ten times the human weight,Pope and Pagan would have broken their thighs every time they took a step.

100 units of nitrogen are divided by 3.3 = 30.3 gallons per acre.
Calibration for Dripping Nitrogen with D-Orifice Discs
Information Needed: Formula to Calibrate Nozzle Size:
– gallon per acre
– speed of travel G.P.M. = G.P.A. x M.P.H. x W
– nozzle spacing (inches) 5940
Key:
P.S.I. = pounds per square inch
G.P.M. = gallons per minute
M.P.H. = miles per hour
G.P.A. = gallons per acre
W = nozzle spacing
Note: 3.3 UNITS OF NITROGEN PER GALLON
Example of Calibration:
100 units of nitrogen are divided by 3.3 = 30.3 gallons per acre. 30.3 gallons per
acre x speed of 4 mph = 121.2. Now multiply 121.2 x 30″ nozzle spacing. = 3636.
Next divide 3636 by 5940 = .61 gallons per minute flow per nozzle. Now by
checking D-Orifice chart, you will see D-5 Orifice with liquid nitrogen flows .62
gallons at 30 lb pressure.
Note: WHEN USING BALL CHECK STRAINERS, ADD 5 LB PRESSURE.
